Part 3: Human factor training

With this course we hope to use simulation to provide you with an experience of how to practically manage a challenging renal scenario. We hope to enable you not only to practice the clinical management but also focus skills of communication, teamwork, leadership and situational awareness. What we refer to as the human factors.
