RICS NON-RESIDENTIAL BUILDING STOCK SURVEY
This is a survey on the energy performance of the non-residential building stock in the European Union managed by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) on behalf of the Directorate General for Energy of the European Commission. The outputs from this survey will be used to populate the EU's Building Stock Observatory (BSO).

The purpose of the EU Building Stock Observatory is to:
- Provide a snapshot of the energy performance of the EU building stock, by providing high-quality data from all Member States in a consistent and comparable manner;
- Set a framework/methodology for the continuous monitoring of the building stock.
The following questions refer to the non-residential building that is occupied by the respondent, or that the respondent is responsible for. If the respondent occupies/is responsible for a number of different buildings, please complete a survey form for each building separately. Please answer as many questions as possible but where an answer can't be provided please skip to the next question as a partially completed response would still be useful.
