The Royal Air Force Charitable Trust Enterprises, organiser of the Royal International Air Tattoo, gift our profits to our parent charity the Royal Air Force Charitable Trust (RAFCT). To maximise these profits for our own charitable causes we, therefore, have to carefully monitor the number of free entry tickets that are issued to other organisations for fundraising events.

As a major visitor attraction, situated near Cirencester, Gloucestershire, we would like to support our local community as much as possible.

In order to manage the process of donating free tickets to other groups, organisations and charities the following criteria applies.

Ticket donations will only be considered for the following:

1. Schools and community groups situated within five miles of RAF Fairford

2. Organisations or other registered charities whose work clearly supports or relates to our own mission: to PROMOTE the Royal Air Force, to SUPPORT its people now and into the future and to ENCOURAGE air-mindedness and the aviation-related education of youth.

We will consider applications based on the above criteria and successful applicants will be notified by letter or email.

The closing date for charity and raffle ticket applications is May 31 2019.

The ticket donation will comprise two adult standard admission tickets valid for Sunday 21 July 2019. Children aged 17 years and under have free admission to the Air Tattoo in 2019 and we do not restrict the number of children per ticket holding adult.
