By increasing rents, we will be able to continue to deliver existing services, continue to invest in homes and build more homes.

Rhondda Housing Association is proposing to increase rents by 2.4% in 2019/20. This is the maximum increase that the Welsh Government has said that we can increase rents by. It is based on the increase in the cost of buying goods and services known as the Consumer Prices Index.
