We would be delighted if you would participate in this survey and support our research for the next RES Forum Quarterly Research Report covering emerging technology, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Global Mobility.

In this short survey, we would like to ask you about your experiences, expectations and concerns regarding RPA, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation within the context of Global Mobility.

We seek to find out how, if at all, RPA, AI or Automation is currently being discussed / implemented within your organization to support your GM programme, and what future potential you believe that it has.

RPA may be applied to fix challenges, or include technologies such as:
- Bots, chatbots and digital assistants (eg Alexa, Siri etc)
- Automation (for screening of candidates, managing processes, triggers / authorisations, data transfer, completion and submission of documentation, automated storage
- Training and Development (to review business skill shortages and suggest upskilling and provide training for employees with more basic skills or interests in those areas)
- Assignment demand forecasting
- Employee health management (e.g. taking into account past history and risk factors to suggest reviews or tests needed)
- General data consolidation & analysis (‘Big Data’)
- Machine learning in all its forms

The survey will take approximately 5 - 10 minutes to complete, and the results will be published in January 2019 via the RES Forum.
