Forum Central HR Survey
This survey was developed following discussions at a member meeting. A group of Forum Central members would like to build a better informed picture of staffing in Leeds organisations. The aim is to help us to understand any developing common issues and then consider how we might address them. It also supports the confidence to speak out if needed when this is done together. Local commissioners are now starting to say they want to better understand any developing pressures. We encourage you to take part.
The results from this survey will feed into a newly created Third Sector Risk Register coordinated by Third Sector Leeds and be analysed and used as evidence for HR related purposes to discuss with local commissioners, decision makers and support organisations/networks in the city. All this will be on an anonymous basis and organisations will not be identified.
