We are asking the questions below to ensure that each young person has a great experience with us, and that we know emergency details and information if they are needed. 

Please note that this registration does not confirm your booking. We need to manage the availability across Rossendale, so we will be in touch with you as soon as possible, to confirm the activities that you have booked places on. Please do check your junk folders in your email, as sometimes our emails end up there. Thank you for your understanding.

This information will be passed onto the delivery staff to ensure that they are aware of the young person's needs, medications and can support them and provide the best experience for them.

Programme eligibility - The PASTA Programme across England is funded by Lancashire County Council, and the funding needs to mainly support children and families in receipt of free school meals. Therefore we need to ask the following questions.

If the young person is not in receipt of free school meals, thank you for registering for the PASTA Activity & Food Programme.

We need to ensure that children on free school meals have priority access to the programme, but we want to support all families and children as best we can.

Your registration will be placed on a waiting list, and we will confirm whether or not we can offer the young person places on the programme ASAP. Thank you for your understanding.
