ELT staff shortage survey

Covid and the end of Freedom of Movement are creating huge staffing issues for many members, which we fear may stall ELT’s recovery over the coming months.  
We are therefore asking everyone to spend a few moments completing this survey so that we can understand the scale and reach of the problem and formulate an action plan.  
We will be prioritising this issue and urge all members to complete this survey by Friday 28 January 2022 to give us an accurate picture of the situation.
