Engagement on Infection Control Measures relating to Learning Disability Day Care, Short Break Services and Transport |
The aim of this survey is to scope initial views on a Framework of Infection, Prevention and Control (IPC) Measures. These measures are in regards to the balance of risk in relation to COVID-19 being transmitted within a Day Care and short breaks services. It will consider varying levels of assessed risk and what factors are needed to reduce or mitigate these risks. The huge impact in relation to the mental health and well-being of the individuals who currently cannot attend, or where attendance remains limited and under restrictions is also considered.
As families who have been directly affected by the previous closures and currently restricted Learning Disability Day Care and Short Break Services, your views are vital.
Please fill in the following questionnaire. All responses will be kept entirely confidential and any information in the resulting report will be anonymised. The resulting report will be provided to the Public Health Agency in developing the proposed Framework, in order to inform future decision making in relation to Learning Disability Day Care, Short Break and Transport made by each of the Trusts. This report can also be made available to those who have responded.
