Brantridge School - Consultation on proposal to introduce co-educational provision
Consultation will run from Monday 21st January 2019 to Friday 8th March 2019
We are proposing to make changes to our admissions arrangements for the academic year 2020/2021 in order to move to Co-educational provision. The rationale for this change is to meet local need by providing high quality specialist education for children and young people of both sexes with a diagnosis of social, emotional and mental health needs or Autism Spectrum Condition. The need for local provision to be extended to girls as well as boys has been identified by West Sussex County Council.
As such The Admissions Code of Practice requires us to consult with stakeholders.
Our proposed full policy can be viewed on our website or you can request a copy from the school office.
