HWLincs is currently undertaking a piece of work focussed on understanding the workforce of our care homes. We particularly want to hear from people who have left their jobs in care homes. We want to understand why they left, what the job was like for them, the highs and lows, and what people feel could be done differently that would have kept/or attracted new applicants who will then stay in front-line care home work.
