Unpaid Carers Lockdown Survey

PKAVS Carers Centre are asking unpaid carers to participate in this survey so we can gather information on YOUR needs now during lockdown and how best we can support you as we begin to come out of lockdown. All responses received will be collated and shared with Perth& Kinross Health & Social Care Partnership and other local partner agencies so we can start to create a bank of support that best meets your needs as an unpaid carer.

This survey is anonymous, however if you do need some support either now or in the future please contact PKAVS Carers Centre and we will do all we can to help.
