University Hospitals Bristol has been rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission. Our patient services are amongst the most highly rated in the NHS and are something we can all feel justifiably proud of. But we also know that we don’t always get it right for patients, and there is always more that we can learn and improve. Later this spring, the Board of UH Bristol will agree a set of quality objectives for the Trust for 2018/19; we would like all of our staff and members to have the opportunity to contribute their thoughts and ideas.
