For an individual or team who have worked outwardly to create a successful working partnership with another organisation.

Leadership
For someone who is a role-model, who inspires others.

Promoting diversity
For an individual or team who have gone above and beyond to promote diversity at all levels in the trust and engage all the communities we serve.

Quality improvement
For an individual or team who have improved the quality and productivity of their services.

Innovation
For an individual or team who have introduced a new way of working or put a good idea into practice that has delivered results.

Excellence in patient care
For a team or individual whose work makes a real difference to the care and experience of our service users.

New starter award
For someone who has joined the trust in the last 12 months and has added excellent value to the work of their team or improvements to patient care.

Student or trainee of the year
For a student or trainee who has shown particular dedication to patient care.

Mentor of the year
For a mentor who has shown dedication to trainee staff, who leads by example and is an inspiration to those they mentor.

Patient choice
(Nomination from a service user or carer)
For a member of staff or team that shows caring through compassion for others and a commitment to providing the highest quality of care.

Involvement
For a service user (patient) or carer who has made a significant contribution to the work of the trust.

Team of the year
For a team who work effectively together and live our values of togetherness, responsibility, caring and excellence.

Employee of the year
For a member of staff that encompasses our values of togetherness, responsibility, caring and excellence in all they do.
 
Spirit of the NHS Award
To mark the NHS’s 70th birthday, for a member of staff who encompasses the spirit and values of the NHS, as set out by Aneurin Bevan in 1948 – ‘good healthcare should be available to all, regardless of wealth’.
