This research aims to validate the user experience for each of the five publishers that have entered for our Best publisher user experience award.  We'll do this through a series of short 15 min telephone interviews with librarians, researchers and learners.

If you would like to take part in the user experience research, please complete this short 5 min survey no later than Friday 6 December. Interviews will take place between now and 13 December 2019.

This research will be conducted by OpenAthens. We’ll abide by the Market Research Society Code of Conduct and record the interview for later analysis. We will keep the data for up to a year and will then delete it.

Your personal information will be processed as described in our privacy notice. Your feedback will be anonymised before it is passed to the panel of judges and relevant publisher(s) so they can continue to make improvements to their services.
