Developing messaging

The NHS in NW London are rolling out an app to help you access and use NHS services. You can still use traditional methods to contact NHS services, over the phone and in person.
This app will be in addition and will allow you to; book both GP and hospital appointments, get advice on local health services, access recommended health apps and symptom checkers.

We want to find out a bit more about what the public feel is important in using an app to access NHS services, advice and help.
