Please note: This is a collective Grievance, NOT a survey. We are using SurveyMonkey to collect signatures for the collective grievance - Those signing the grievance will be part of a submission to BIS on this matter.

We, who are members of the Unite Bilfinger Branch and who are employed with BIS on the Culzean hook up, wish to raise a collective employee grievance on the following grounds:

Before mobilisation to the Culzean we were required to undergo two days of pre-mobilisation training. The standard contractual rate for BIS employees ungoing training is 8 hours at the offshore day rate. However, we have been told that we are not entitled to any payment for training whatsoever.

The resolution we are seeking is to be paid 16 hours at offshore day rate for the days spent doing pre-mobilisation training before taking up work on the Culzean hook up.

We request that a meeting is arranged with our Unite representatives at the earliest opportunity to resolve this matter.
