We are gauging interest for some potential new groups at the Sedbergh Centre and would like to hear if you or someone you know would be interested in attending.

Would you or someone you know be interested in attending a FREE WEEKLY Man Shed group Wednesdays 12 noon onwards for men to get together to socialise and benefit from activities including pool, darts, dominoes or cards etc. or to just sit, chat or read the paper. Access will be given to the cafe where drinks can be purchased for a small charge. We may expand the group to include small DIY projects if there is demand and funds.

The group would be suitable for those experiencing bereavement or who are struggling after the loss of a loved one offering a safe and confidential space to chat. Admission £1 including a hot drink.

The sessions will be held on an ad-hoc monthly basis on Fridays between 10:00-11:00. Admission £1 with access to cafe facilities.

A 1-hour motivational talk on the power of the mind and how to utilise it

A short 4 part course on confidence and goal setting (4 x 1-hour monthly sessions)

An introduction to meditation (4 x 1-hour monthly sessions)
