This is a survey of the views of parents in Haringey with children and young people aged 0 to 25 years who have Special Educational Needs or disabilities (SEND). The survey is being sent to parents & carers who have been in contact with Markfield during the past two years, and also to parents’ organisations in the borough.
The survey will take around 10 minutes, and it is anonymous – you do not need to give your name.
Everyone who completes this survey by 31st May has the option to be entered for a prize draw for the chance to win £30 of shopping vouchers.

If you have more than one child with SEND please fill in the survey for each child separately.

What will happen to the survey results?   The SENDIASS team at Markfield will collate and analyse the results and will feed back the views of parents & carers to the Haringey Council, and advocate for any changes and improvements that parents collectively want. No individual names of parents will be revealed. The main survey findings will be put on the Markfield SENDIASS website.
