The Wickford and Runwell Team Ministry has been through a lot of change and challenges in recent years because of the pandemic and the lengthy interregnum, plus staff changes in the Ministry Team. As we look to stabilise and develop mission and ministry in the Parish going forward, it will be very helpful to have your thoughts on what you value about the area and the Team, plus your thoughts on how we can develop and build on what is already in place. That is what the following questions are designed to achieve and I would be very grateful to see your responses to them.
