The Residents Voice (RV) Scrutiny Panel have selected for their first scrutiny review to find out how SBHA residents were affected by the pandemic and identify if there is anything different that should be done if we experience a second wave and the need for residents to self isolate. We know that we are all living in uncertain times and each of us have been affected in different ways so your feedback will help us to identify what we can do together to make things better for our residents.
