Adolygiad o'r broses ymgeisio Gofal Cymdeithasol i Dechnoleg Iechyd Cymru/ A review of Social Care application process to Health Technology Wales |
Workshop Expression of interest / Gweithdy Datganiad o Ddiddordeb
Er mwyn sicrhau bod gofal cymdeithasol yn cael ei gynrychioli'n llawn, mae Technoleg Iechyd Cymru yn gweithio gyda Gofal Cymdeithasol Cymru a'r Sefydliad Rhagoriaeth Gofal Cymdeithasol (SCIE) i ddeall yn well unrhyw rwystrau neu heriau sy'n atal unigolion a sefydliadau o bob rhan o’r maes gofal cymdeithasol yng Nghymru rhag cyflwyno ymyriad i'w ystyried.
Byddwn yn cynnal dwy sesiwn ar-lein ymarferol a rhyngweithiol, dan gadeiryddiaeth Kathryn Smith (Prif Swyddog Gweithredol SCIE a'r COO gynt yng Nghymdeithas Alzheimer) i adolygu a deall sut y gellid newid materion iaith, ffocws cynulleidfaoedd a hygyrchedd, er mwyn gwneud y broses yn fwy addas ar gyfer cynulleidfa gofal cymdeithasol. Fel enghraifft ymarferol, byddwn yn adolygu sut mae START (Strategaethau ar gyfer Perthnasau), ymyriad sy'n cefnogi datblygu strategaethau ymdopi ar gyfer gofalwyr pobl sy'n byw gyda dementia, wedi cael ei asesu yn defnyddio'r broses.
Rydym eisiau manteisio ar fewnwelediadau a phrofiad ystod eang o unigolion a sefydliadau, i sicrhau bod y gweithdy'n llwyddiant. Hoffem eich gwahodd i gymryd rhan i roi eich barn ac i helpu i lunio'r ffordd mae dulliau arloesol o ansawdd da yn cael eu cyflwyno a'u gweithredu ar draws y meysydd iechyd a gofal.

To ensure that social care is fully represented, Health Technology Wales is working with Social Care Wales and the Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) to better understand any barriers or challenges that prevent individuals and organisations from across social care in Wales from submitting an intervention for consideration.
We’ll be running two practical and interactive online sessions, chaired by Kathryn Smith (CEO, SCIE and formerly COO at Alzheimer’s Society) to get a better understanding of the current process and to make recommendations for improvements. As a practical example, we’ll be reviewing how START (Strategies for Relatives), an intervention that supports the development of coping strategies for carers of people living with dementia, has been assessed using the process.
We want to draw on the insights and experience of a wide range of individuals and organisations to ensure that the workshop is a success. We’d like to invite you to participate to give your views and to help shape the way that innovative and good quality approaches are introduced and implemented across health and care.
When? Wednesday 16 June 1:30- 5:00pm and Thursday 17 June 9:30-1:00pm
Where? Online sessions via Zoom
Who should attend? People who use social care and carers, and people working across the whole of social care in Wales
