Attracting, retaining and rewarding talent across the record keeping sector is vital if we are to compete effectively with other professions. 2019 has seen significant progress by the ARA in advocating better pay. We've also been actively engaged in developing new career routes, supporting the Bridging the Digital Gap traineeships and the Archive and Records Management apprenticeship.
