G4S Employment Support Services EOI

G4S Employment Support Services (ESS) is a Prime Contractor delivering regional contracts focused on disadvantaged and marginalised groups throughout England. We currently deliver the Work Programme & Community Work Placements for the Department of Work and Pensions and have recently finished delivering the last round of ESF Families Support Programme.

As a top performing prime organisation, the G4S ESS approach is to work with the best placed and performing local providers in each geography. G4S ESS is looking for organisations who are embedded in local communities and who have a proven track record of delivering provision to residents with multiple barriers, including those below:

·                     Long-term unemployed
·                     Ex-Offenders
·                     Severe debt problems
·                     Homelessness and housing problems
·                     Addiction and substance misuse
·                     Learning Disabilities and Difficulties
·                     Severe literacy and numeracy problems
·                     Mental health problems
·                     Physical health problems
·                     Family problems

We are looking for partners who;

·         Cover any of the Local Enterprise Partnership areas across the UK
·         Are already engaging and working with these target groups
·         Can demonstrate their ability to deliver an innovative and integrated approach 

This initial stage of our EOI process allows us to gather basic information about your organisation; we will then hold more detailed discussions with shortlisted providers who meet our requirements for future ESF programmes. There are 6 sections, with mostly multiple choice questions and 3 longer answer textboxes in Section 5.
