BLA/UEP JOINT MEETING

A joint meeting between BLA (British Laryngological Association) and UEP (The Union of the European Phoniatricians) will take place on Thursday, 14th September 2023 at The Royal Society of Medicine. Abstract submissions are now invited on-line. We are accepting abstracts in five categories: Voice, Dysphagia, Airway, Neuro-laryngology and Case reports. Abstracts must be submitted by midnight on Friday, 16 June 2023. Oral and poster presentations will be accepted. Abstract notifications will be sent to presenting authors only in July 2023.

Abstracts are anonymously peer-reviewed, scored and allocated on merit as to oral communications and poster presentations.
Abstracts should be prepared as follows. A maximum word limit of 250 words (excluding title, authors and references) will be strictly enforced. Abstracts should be structured, with subheadings Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion.

First author must present the paper. Each presenter can only present once. For your abstract to be included in the programme, the presenting author must be registered and the registration fee paid.
Please note that abstracts must be unpublished and must not have been presented previously at a national meeting in the UK.
