KHP Academy Feb 2022 application form

Please use this page to apply for the King's Health Partner's Academy. Please note, details of the Academy and guidance on answering questions can be found here. 

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT APPLICATIONS FROM STUDENTS WHO MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

- Will be in year 10 or finish compulsory education year 11 in spring/summer 2022
- Attending a school in London (preference will be given to students in Southwark, Lambeth or Lewisham)
- Have provided a reference from a teacher
- Have permission from a parent of guardian


Applications from students who do not meet the above criteria WILL NOT be considered.
