When answering the following questions, please keep in mind our definition of flexible working.
By flexible working we mean having some control over where, when, and how long you work;
For example, flexible working includes:  working part-time, working from home, compressed hours, small adjustments to start and finish times, working term time, job share, the ability to swap shifts etc.
It can be informal or formal (in employee contracts) or a mix of both.  This does not include flexibility over which employees have no control, such as zero-hours contracts.
