Dear Colleague

The Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) team is extremely grateful to everyone who has volunteered their time and expertise over the years. From helping to set out table and chairs at events and meetings, leading guided walks to providing extra man power at the bi-annual Woodfair, the input from volunteers has proved invaluable. A big thank you goes to those of you who have filled in previous questionnaires – thank you for your continuing support.

The AONB team would now like to establish what types of countryside related activities residents, local communities and visitors might be interested in. This information will be used to support a funding application to the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) called Landscape Partnerships which, if successful, will run from 2018 – 2023.

Click to see a map of the area covered by the bid.   Please be aware that volunteers from across the AONB, Market Towns, and beyond will be welcome!
