INTRODUCTION

North Meets South (NMS) Big Local is looking at Roles Grove Garages and exploring opportunities to turn the council-owned garages site into a community-led facility.

We would like to know if you would support any of the ideas below and what you think is needed in the area. Community support is vital now and in the future, especially in influencing decision makers, specifically the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham as they own the land.

The questions refer to proposals that are at an initial stage and we are looking for your feedback to develop them further. While there are no guarantees that these ideas will be realised, we’re all very excited about the potential of the site and are looking forward to hearing how you feel about them too.
