Customer engagement for ESPO HR frameworks

ESPO is shortly to commence tendering for the renewal of the ‘3S’ strategic HR services framework, which is currently due to expire on 30 April 2018. As a part of this tendering process, ESPO wishes to engage with existing users of the contract and potentially interested parties to gauge their opinions and gain feedback prior to finalising the specification and approach to the market.

This engagement exercise is impartial and voluntary, but we would appreciate feedback from as many users as possible, both new and existing to ensure the contract continues to meet with your ongoing requirements for HR Services. We would also like to gain feedback on our general HR framework offering.

We would be grateful if you could fill out this short questionnaire, which focuses on both our general HR framework offering, and some proposed elements of the renewed 3S framework.
