Hello, we’d like you to share your ideas about care and well-being in the Preseli Practice area.

Many of us - and our family and friends - need or will need help caring for ourselves - or help with our well-being. Well-being is doing things that make us feel good and happy.

We know that paid carers visit people in their homes to help them, but we wondered if carers or neighbours, or others in our community, could help in different ways… to visit friends, going for walks, with shopping or to take part in activities? 

This short survey has been designed to learn about your ideas for care and well-being, and whether you think it would be a good thing if your community were to set up a local organisation to do this. Could it give you more say and control over services? We would need to work hard to co-operate with one another to make this happen.
