Powys Housing Needs Assessment - Staff Survey

Figure 8 Consultancy has been commissioned by Powys County Council to carry out a comprehensive Housing Support and Homelessness Needs Assessment and gap analysis for individuals experiencing problems with housing and homelessness that can be used to inform strategic planning and future service delivery models across the area.

This means that we are looking at lots of information about the types of help and support that are available to individuals experiencing problems with housing and homelessness across Powys to see what works well, what could be better, and to identify how things can be improved in the future. As part of this, we would like to ask you, as a staff member in a housing / homelessness service, or in a service which supports people who may have housing and homelessness and related support needs, about your awareness and satisfaction with relevant services in your area, and for your views based on your personal and professional experiences.

The information you provide will be very helpful in letting us know if there is anything that can be done differently or improved to help you, your colleagues and those you help and support. Please answer the following questions as best you can and be honest with your feedback. 

The answers you give will be kept confidential and your anonymity is guaranteed. Answers will be grouped together to give overall responses; e.g. '86% of respondents  stated...' Your quotes may be used to back up our findings, however any quotes used will be anonymised. We encourage you to answer all questions, however, you can skip questions if you do not wish to answer individual questions. 

This survey should take between 10 minutes to complete. Please note that it is not possible to exit the survey and come back to it at a later time.

The survey will remain open until 5pm Friday January 14th 2022.
