Planning Portal Payment Survey: Local Planning Authorities

The objective of this survey is to gather information from Local Authorities regarding the operation of the Planning Portal Payment Service introduced in September 2018; to understand what operational benefits Local Planning Authorities are experiencing and identify any areas for further improvement of the service.
