At Ponteland Road Health Centre there is a GP practice and a walk-in centre. This engagement focuses only on the GP practice.

The contract for the service is held by Freeman Clinics.

Various contract extensions have been put in place and a further extension of the contract until 31 March 2018 was agreed in March 2017. Unfortunately, this cannot be extended again.

We have listened to patient views from the survey in June and have taken this feedback into account by developing plans for the future once the current contract ends.

This survey gives you the opportunity to tell us what you think about these plans.
