Thank you so much for taking an interest in the future of our Village.
We have been busy! We reviewed all your surveys responses (800+), facts and figures, studied the rural qualities of
our village, met with stakeholders including landowners and Hertsmere Borough council officers and commissioned independent research. Based on all of this work, we drafted the first version of the Shenley Plan.
Now, we would ask you to let us have your views again by reviewing the full version of the Draft Shenley Plan and completing this survey online.
The full version of the plan can be found here: www.shenleyvillage.org/neighbourhood-plan/
or reviewed until 15 September 2018 at the Shenley Parish Council offices situated at “The Hub”, London Road, Shenley, Herts WD7 9BS, open 9am – 11.30 (Monday to Thursday).
Hard copies of the Draft Shenley Plan will also be made available at our local Pubs, Schools, the GP Surgery, the
Dentist, the Orchard Café, the Post Office, St Martins Church and the Synagogue at the Chapel.
Paper copies of the online survey are available at Shenley Parish Council offices ‘The Hub’. Just come in or request via this email: clerk@shenleyvillage.org . Thank you! You can also send your comments via email to :
clerk@shenleyvillage.org
We would like to encourage you to use the online survey if possible at all. As you can imagine this will help the speed of the analysis and indeed reduce the amount of volunteer effort to do so. Thank you so much for your cooperation.
Remember - This is our opportunity to shape the future of our village and Parish.
Yours faithfully,
Cllr. Nicky Beaton, Chair of the Neighbourhood Planning Steering Group for Shenley
Please note: This is a formal consultation under Regulation 14, Localism Act 2011 and we would very much like to hear from all residents and employees of all ages and local businesses. And yes please do share this link and survey.
