A survey by the statutory health watchdog for Reading people

GP surgeries are the most-used NHS service. So as we move out of lockdown, we're asking Reading people to tell us what it's like to contact your surgery. We'll share findings with local doctors to help them see where any improvements are needed.  You do not need to give your name or personal details.
This survey runs from Thursday 25 March - Sunday 25 April, 2021
