Ensuring the brightest possible future for all children and young people with SEND.

The recent Joint Local Area Inspection of Richmond's SEND services has identified Preparing for Adulthood (PfA) as an area of considerable weakness.  The Local Authority and Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) now have to submit a Written Statement of Action to outline the steps that they will take to remedy this.

We want to make sure that the action plan reflects your experiences and your aspirations for your child.

This survey aims to highlight what changes are needed in Richmond and how parent carers and young people can be involved in monitoring progress.

Statistical data from this survey will be shared with the Local Authority and Clinical Commissioning Group, but individual responses and any identifiable comments will not be shared.  If you have more than one child with SEND you can complete this survey again for each child.
