If, like us, you want the best possible health services for people in East Lancashire, then why not become a Patient Partner?

Patient testimony, experience, public feedback and comments are critical to effectively commissioning (planning and buying) the right local services.
As a CCG (Clinical Commissioning Group) we place great emphasis on building relationships with our local community in our day to day work, and to be most effective we recognise we need to reach and hear from as wide a range of people from across East Lancashire as possible.
You can connect with us by becoming a Patient Partner. This is an exciting new way to have your say and influence decision-making on a whole range of health services that are important to people in East Lancashire. Patient Partners is a membership scheme for people who are interested in sharing their views and experiences to help to develop and improve services locally.
Your details will only be used for this purpose and will not be shared with anyone else. The information you supply will be held securely and in accordance with the relevant Data Protection legislation.

You can opt out of the membership scheme at any time by emailing the communications team at: bwdandeast.lancscomms@nhs.net or calling 01282 644627.
