A brief introduction to abstracts for Healthcare professionals and those who don't work in health

We are looking for observations & ideas that can make  care safer.
We would like to hear anecdotes of situations where patients made things safer themselves.
We would love to see ideas where patients might in future take part in their own safety. You might have just a thought - describe what it would look like and why is should work.
Or you might have tested something out already: tell us what you did and what the results were.
The three best abstracts will be awarded with a special recommendation and a price but we are keen to capture as many ideas as possible for future learning with Health Education & Improvement Wales and the Bevan Commission.
