Active Travel Parent Survey

The Secretary of State for Education has announced that schools will reopen to all year groups at the start of the new school year in September. It is likely that when journeys to and from school are added back on to the road network, school and public transport capacity will be constrained due to the government requirements of social distancing and other COVID-19 measures.

This survey aims to ascertain how children travel to and from school, in order to develop a better understanding of current transport usage and capacity in the local area, and to identify where additional support will be required to ensure that pupils, parents and staff can travel safely upon their return to school in September.
