Share your experiences of receiving the COVID-19 vaccination

The NHS is currently delivering the largest vaccination programme in its history with the vaccine now being offered across south east London to those most at risk of the virus. Healthwatch Lewisham wants to understand the experiences of Lewisham residents when receiving their COVID-19 vaccination. All responses are anonymous and the information will be shared with Lewisham Council and NHS South East London Clinical Commissioning Group to inform the local vaccination programme.
