Demographic Monitoring form for candidates

Keep Britain Tidy is committed to treating all people fairly and equally, independent of their personal characteristics, and to reduce any barriers to access and inclusion there may be. To check whether we are achieving this goal and to identify barriers we are not aware of, we monitor the anonymised personal characteristics of all our candidates, employees, volunteers and beneficiaries. This means that we ask about personal characteristics, analyse the data using statistics, report the results, and use our findings to make changes to the way we work. You do not have to tell us about your personal characteristics, but doing so will help to increase equality, diversity and inclusion, and keep us accountable.

Your data, in particular, will help us to check whether we're reaching a diverse range of people when recruiting to open positions, and to identify any barriers we may still need to remove for particular groups. This short survey is entirely anonymous and your responses cannot be linked to your application form in any way. All data will be held and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy  http://www.keepbritaintidy.org/privacy-policy.
