The Autism Alliance is a national partnership of charities that support autistic people and their families (www.autism-alliance.org.uk). We're surveying families in England about their experience of social care for autistic adults, so we can campaign for better care.

This survey is for autistic adults who want to complete the survey. There is a separate survey for parents/carers of autistic adults.

The survey shouldn't take you more than 10 minutes to complete. The final section asks whether you're interested in joining a focus group, or exploring whether you'd like to share your story. There is no requirement for either of these, but we'd be happy to hear from families and autistic adults who are interested.

As the survey has been open for a period of time, we are now contacting people about focus group dates and sharing stories. However, please still complete the final section of the survey if you're interested in these opportunities, as there may be chance for more of these in the future.

The results of this survey will be analysed over the summer, and the Autism Alliance aims to use the findings in a campaign to start in the autumn. Any data we use will be 'aggregated' - eg. X% of autistic adults thought that care and support meets their needs.

Thank you for supporting the Autism Alliance in its work to advocate for Real Change for autistic people and their families. Your contribution is hugely appreciated.

Best wishes,

The Autism Alliance
