The aim of this questionnaire is to gather opinions and stimulate discussion about metrology, measurement and standardisation needs for PV. It is focussed on the area of PV module performance. We will use it to understand stakeholders’ requirements of availability, cost and accuracy of measurement services, models and data, and to prioritise research and development of future metrology and measurement services.
