Hi all!

Thank you for showing interest in our Blondie/Brownie service. We are trying to raise funds to start 2 new international projects and also continue the great projects we already currently run within Reading, which are:

Hope
‘Hope’ intends to teach Southern Indian communities to use recycled plastic bottles and locally sourced materials to diffract affordable and sustainable solar light for people with limited or no access to electricity.

Zimpower
The aim is to empower young women in the rural area of Domboshawa, in Zimbabwe, through the use of reusable sanitary towels.

Revitalise
Revitalise aims to increase mobility and social engagement amongst elderly people around Reading.

Fanikisha Jamii Initiative
he project, still in its infancy, aims to address the basic lack of education and opportunities faced by women in Kenyan agriculture and farming industries.

Employability Skills
This project is very new to Enactus Reading, but holds a lot of promise and scope. Olivia and her employability project aims to act as an intermediary for adults who lack training, education, skills or even just the networking ability to get a job.

Again, thank you for showing interest and we look forward to seeing you when you pick up your sweet treats! Any questions or issues, please Contact Wafa Islam on Facebook or email me at wafa8@hotmail.co.uk
