Thank you for your interest in our leadership survey for the second edition of our book ‘Real Leaders for the Real World’. We are delighted that you are taking part.

It’s been 8 years since the first edition and the world looks very different. Now, as we shape the second edition, we want to understand how leadership and leadership development has changed in real organisations over that time.
