PPA Postal Survey

Royal Mail is currently in the process of researching what a rebalanced Universal Service Obligation might look like to help them move back to a position of profitability.

They are seeking the views of all major mail users and stakeholders, including publishers, to ascertain present and future postal needs and the implications of that on the USO.

To ensure that PPA publisher members views are properly represented, we would be grateful if you could complete the short survey below.  

It should not take more than five to ten minutes of your time and all information provided will be anonymised and treated confidentially by the PPA before presenting to Royal Mail.
