1. Annual Frontline Worker Survey 2018

Welcome to the Frontline Network’s second Annual Frontline Worker Survey.

Last year over 650 of you completed our first ever Frontline Survey. This year we are asking for your opinions again. We want to know what you think about the work you do, the challenges you face and the great work that you do to overcome some of these challenges.

Help us amplify the voice of frontline workers and develop resources guided by you.

We appreciate that you have limited time and so have tried to keep the survey as short and succinct as possible – but we also want it to be useful, so it should take about 15 minutes to complete. Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete it – the Frontline Network is only as strong as the frontline workers that make it, so the more people that take part, the stronger we become.

We define ‘frontline worker’ as anyone who is working in a paid role, directly supporting people who are experiencing or at risk of becoming homeless. This includes those working in the Voluntary, Statutory, and Public sectors.

The Survey will run until 14th December and we will release the results from the Survey in Spring 2019. The results are anonymous. If you have any questions regarding the Survey, please don't hesitate to get in touch at frontline@stmartinscharity.org.uk
