We want to hear from young people in Lancashire about their experiences of health and social care experiences. From your GP experiences to your experiences of being a carer - we want to hear it all!

By sharing your feedback with us, you will be helping us to influence change and make improvements to health and social care services. If you don't speak up, we can't inform decision makers and NHS leaders about what services are like for young people and what needs to change.
