1. Getting in touch with possible participants

"Christians bereaved by suicide" is a special Living with Loss retreat planned for 2019. The purpose of this short survey is to try to find out who might be interested in attending and the best location to hold it.

Those who respond to the survey are NOT under any obligation to attend the retreat or do anything else. 

It is simply to help us get a feel of who might want to take part. It shouldn't take more than 2-3 minutes.
